Candy Cane Cruise on Clifton
Saturday December 4, 2010
3:00 PM to 6:00 PM
Clifton Boulevard between W. 112th and West. 117th Streets on Cleveland's Near West Side.
Once again Clifton Boulevard hosts a modern sleigh ride with topless convertibles and jeeps and bundled passengers immersed in the spirit of the season.
Convertibles will cruise one of Cleveland's most prominent and eclectic urban promenades as pedestrians and spectators enjoy sounds of the season, food from the area's wide selection of eateries, strolling among the shops and boutiques and other sites.
All enjoy the lighted boulevard, entertainers and ice sculpture demonstrations.
Are you interested in Cruising during the Candy Cane Cruise?
Convertibles of all makes and models are welcomed -- vintage, classic or new, jeep, coup or sedan.
Holiday decorations are encouraged; however, the car must be road-worthy, all passengers should be wearing seatbelts and nothing should be thrown from the vehicles as this is a street cruise; NOT a parade.
The first 50 vehicles will receive the special commemorative souvenir ornament!

The Candy Cane Cruise increases awareness of the fine merchants and services available in the Clifton Boulevard and Detroit Avenue area. And it provides a fun opportunity for visitors to celebrate the season.

Do you have what it takes? Cruisin' Times Magazine does!
Cruisin' Times Magazine has cruised in their '29 Ford roadster (which has no heat, no windows, no fenders!) and had a great time.
Read all about their Candy Cane Cruise on Clifton adventure from their blog "Johnny's Cruisin' Chronicles".
